Phoneya provides a free reverse phone lookup service that allows users to search for phone numbers and view community-submitted reports about potential scam calls, telemarketing, and other caller information.

3. User Conduct

When using our Service, you agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory reports
• Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals through submitted content
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse prevention measures
• Submit spam, advertisements, or promotional content
• Include personal information about others in reports
• Use automated systems to submit reports or scrape data
• Impersonate any person or entity

4. User-Submitted Content

By submitting reports or comments, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content
• Confirm that your submission reflects your honest experience
• Understand that submissions are subject to moderation
• Accept that we may edit or remove content at our discretion

5. Content Moderation

All user-submitted content is reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms, contains inappropriate material, or is deemed harmful to our community.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoneya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Number Removal Requests

If you own or operate a phone number listed on our Service, you may request its removal. Removal requests are subject to review and may be denied if the number has significant scam reports. We limit removal requests to 2 per IP address per day to prevent abuse.

9. Rate Limits

To prevent abuse, we implement rate limits on report submissions and removal requests. Attempts to circumvent these limits may result in temporary or permanent blocking.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content) are the exclusive property of Phoneya and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
