They claimed to be Alabama Power, asked me to pay a past due bill to avoid service shut down. I paid them about $900, which turned out to be bogus, my account wasn't past due. Then they offered a $1,500 credit but asked for credit info some of which I gave them, and opened a Chime account, unbeknown to me, which I have cancelled, reporting fraud. These people need to be shut down asap.
