I completely understand why the below links were removed. For anyone wanting to know how to contact the USPTO - on their site you will find instructions and the reference I made to TMScams. Take a photo of the text message they sent you as well as the call log in my case they used two different numbers and provide it to them. The two sites I found which they claimed were not related but definitely were per analysis were both dot coms. One was IPLawService the other was TradeMarkXpress not to be confused with a legitimate company with a similar domain. How many other sites they are running? Who knows.
Trademark scam - initially a text message. Told us someone was attempting to register our incontestable trademark. I looked for evidence on the USPTO trademark database - none. Later they called us telling me they wanted to "help protect us" from the third party and we should buy a trademark protection plan from them. I reported them/ screen captures of text messages and all information to TMScams@[link removed] also had Claude AI run an analysis on their two websites [link removed] and [link removed] to confirm their identity. Sent all info to the USPTO. If they contacted you - you should do the same.
Received a text saying: "a third party is attempting to trademark my trademark. Public records indicate that you may have prior rights. To protect your name, please contact us at 551-417-3742 for assistance and further details."
