Claimed to want to help policy holder get the most out of their bcbs insurance. Wanted to schedule a nurse to come out to draw blood and take blood pressure. All part of the services tied to the policy. Asked them why they haven’t done this in the past. Just want to help get the most out the policy. They said they could do a FaceTime instead. Would be interesting to see them draw blood through a cell screen. Bcbs was hacked in the recent past.
