This number called me Saturday morning around 11am. I don't know anyone in the 984 area code, and when I looked it up it's flagged as spam with a report from just hours ago — so it's actively calling people right now. The line is registered to a cable/ISP block but that means nothing these days with spoofing. I didn't pick up and I'd suggest you don't either. If they keep hitting your number, blocking works fine; they rotate lines quickly once they get flagged.
